Organize Your Universe with Frames
What are Frames? Frames are visual containers you can place on the canvas to group related items—notes, images, videos, PDFs, shapes, and more—into documents, slides, or visual folders. When an item turns blue as you drag it over a frame, it will be contained inside that frame.
How to create and use Frames: Create a frame from the universe toolbar (Frame icon), then position and resize it like any shape. Drag items into a frame to keep them grouped. Frames move with their contents and work with the Snap Grid. Add a title to a frame; titles remain readable even when zoomed out, so you can spot sections from afar.
Customize Frames Appearance: Set fill color, stroke color/width, corner radius, and size from the edit dock.
Add a title to Frames: Select a frame and click in the title section at the left of the edit dock. Press enter or click out to confirm the title. Titles are not zoom-sensitive to make it easier to create sections in your universes and organize your content.
Tips:
Use frames to tidy large canvases, structure research, or build slide‑like sequences.
Frames behave like other objects you already know—plus they can contain other objects for easier organization.
